About the PDProject
Personal development, what is it?
Personal Development is about making being ourselves just that little bit easier. We believe that comes from a true acceptance of the person we were, the person we are now, and the person we see ourselves becoming.
-
We thought it was so important that we dedicated a whole project to it! We hope to grow more intune with ourselves and others and bring you on that journey with us.
Investing in your personal development can seem often seem unattractive - more difficult themes to address, more unwanted accountability, and more disappointment.
Our aim is to provide a non-intimidating route into personal pevelopment. We share our experiences for you to take from and leave what you wish. We are simply trying to find ourselves and our path too, and have come here to discover the mindsets and practices in order for us to get to feeling proud about who we are becoming.

What we are about:
"Making being us just that little bit easier" - if only it were that simple.
We have found our start to that quest hard enough - especially as it is often one that we often embark on alone. We are starting that journey with a focus on finding ourselves and our path. The way we seek to approach this is through the conversations about ourselves and our lives that we are not having.
We are here to share that journey with you.

What we are not:
Primarily concerning personal development, the Personal Development Project also discusses day-to-day wellbeing. We do not, however, offer a counselling service, nor are we ancillary to professional support.
Fundamental to the Personal Development Project is conversation about our personal experiences. As we share these, our messages seek not to be prescriptive, nor are they trying to be correct; ultimately, we are just trying to convey our opinion as we figure things out for ourselves.
What the Personal Development Project is not is a closed door. We encourage everyone to get involved in whichever way they deem appropriate. Be it by subscribing to our mailing list, contributing to our content, leaving advice/feedback, or simply taking some time for yourself to reflect, all engagement is welcomed.
