I think they have a massive impact on my overall mood. I feel bad and guilty at the moment because I don't feel on top of things...

Why bother?

We believe that our everyday wellbeing is intrinsically linked to our personal development. We place an immense amount of pressure on ourselves to achieve, to live up to our expectations, to live up to others' expectations, to compare favourably to our peers, and to fulfil our potential. We end up carrying the burden of our inevitable failure with us everyday.

Our quest seeks to break this habit. We aim to develop the courage, openness, and honesty to observe ourselves without judgement, criticism, or censorship. From here, we can move forwards, constructively, and with purpose. Ultimately, our incentive is one of making being us just that little bit easier.

Why listen to us?

We may not all have figured our lives out just yet - our words cannot fall back on the credence of being successful entrepreneurs who run 4 businesses from 5 time zones, or being wellbeing advice experts - but that is exactly the point.

We believe the best people to talk to have everday conversations with us about our personal development is, well, us! So although we may not all be self-help experts or CEOs, we would love to take you on our journey with us, starting by sharing what we are doing and thinking on our quest for personal development; finding ourselves and our path.
