The PDProject is looking for an Expansion Manager to join our growing team and take our quest to learn, help, and build to the national scale. We have a dream: that every Tom, Dick and Harriet sitting in their accomodation anywhere has the tools they need to start their own Personal Development Project - to find themselves, their path, and be proud of who they are becoming.

You will be working with myself, (Yunus Skeete - Founder of the PDProject) to spearhead our 1 Million Mission - "helping one million people find themselves and their path to make being them just that little bit easier".

Identify growth partners

Devise a growth strategy - who do we talk to, when, what will we ask, and what will we give them to reach an entire nation?

Establish contact with every university across the nation

Devise growth timeline

Unleash your ambition and inner visionary!

Eg. Cooperative relations with higher education institutions across the nation

We intentionally do not operate with a "we are looking for" strategy.

If you believe you have the drive and the vision to deliver this role, we invite you to take it (it is pretty much an open door) and mould the role to fit yourself. We would much rather that than remoulding yourself to fit the role.
